The power of cohesion.

On February 10th, 2024, the entire team at Two Cousins Distillers Ltd—staff, members, and senior management—gathered at The Last Village Lodge in Athi River for a day filled with pure fun, adrenaline, excitement, and valuable team-building activities.

In the fast-paced environment of our day-to-day work, departments often operate in silos, and employees seldom have the chance to interact with those outside their immediate teams. This team-building exercise served as the perfect opportunity to bring everyone together, foster a shared sense of purpose, and strengthen the camaraderie that binds us as an organization.

Through this experience, each team member gained a deeper understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as the strengths, challenges, and interests of their colleagues. As a result, we worked more cohesively in overcoming the day's challenges. The primary goal was to help each individual reach their full potential, knowing that when each person thrives, the entire team is empowered to achieve its collective goals.
