Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.

As part of growth and building employee interactions, we engaged in team building where 100 employees turned up for the event that was held at Nokras Riverine in Sagana. Team Building is important as it improves the individuals and interpersonal relationships between employees because of group formations which are important for organization relations and productivity. We engaged in various activities such as game of thrones, the bucket ball,Zumba fitness,the maze and the tricks which were really fun and built team work and improved synergy.

We also had games that built communication and worked towards attitude adjustment as well as having a fun moment such as the pipeline challenge, scavenger hunt, the CAT & MOUSE challenge among others. After the competitions, the employees that performed exemplarily were recognized and given prizes. This team building showed that individual commitment to a group effort is what makes a company work!
